On Saturday, Lorena Scott was involved in a single-vehicle crash on New Paris Pike. When officers and a drone team arrived at the scene, she could not be found. This set off an extensive investigation that would span several days.The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department worked tirelessly, collaborating with the New Paris Police Department and conducting interviews with family members. Intensified Search and Discovery

Despite the efforts, Lorena Scott remained missing. However, on Tuesday morning, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department intensified its search with the assistance of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the Richmond Fire Department Drone Team.
