Between August 2019 and October 2023, Fogler solicited graphic content from at least seven children, ranging in age from 12 to 16, through the messaging app Snapchat. In exchange for these illicit images and videos, the predator paid the minors hundreds of dollars through CashApp or provided them with gifts.
