Parsley, an applied mathematics major at N.C. State University, quickly adapted to the role and made such an impressive impact that he was invited back for a second summer internship in the treasury department in 2002. This initial exposure to the company's operations and culture set the stage for Parsley's remarkable career journey.After earning his bachelor's degree in the fall of 2002, Parsley was hired full-time as a financial analyst, marking the beginning of his long-standing career with the organization. Over the years, he seamlessly transitioned through various departments, including treasury, investment analysis, and pricing, before being named the director of finance in 2017. Each of these experiences allowed Parsley to showcase his adaptability and problem-solving skills, attributes that have been instrumental in his professional growth.
