Desean Lamar Stanley, a 19-year-old from Detroit, has been bound over to the 44th Circuit Court on a slew of charges, including three counts of breaking and entering (a felony), two counts of motor vehicle unlawful driving away (a felony), larceny (a felony), four counts of fleeing and eluding police in a vehicle fourth degree (a felony), reckless driving (a misdemeanor), and operating a vehicle with a suspended/revoked/denied license (a misdemeanor). Armarion Antreillo-Doug Gaskin, a 22-year-old also from Detroit, has been charged with one felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing an officer and has also been bound over.

The Daring Heist and High-Speed Chase

According to Pinckney Police Chief Jeff Garrison, the group of six suspects stole four vehicles from the Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Dealership and "ransacked" the interior of the dealership in search of keys. One of the stolen vehicles, a Dodge Charger, was used to ram the back gate of the dealership, allowing the suspects to make their getaway. When Pinckney Police attempted to stop one of the stolen cars on Kirkland Court, three other vehicles fled at a high rate of speed, leading to a thrilling chase.

Joe O'Connell, the service director at the dealership, reported that two Dodge Challengers and two Dodge Chargers were stolen during the incident. Fortunately, three of the four stolen vehicles were later recovered, but the damage and disruption to the dealership's operations were significant.
